My Story
Hi, I’m Savannah—photographer, accountant on maternity leave, and new mom to my sweet baby Finn!
I’m the heart behind Hope & Co Photography, a space where I capture life’s tender, fleeting moments with softness and intention. Whether it’s the sleepy stretch of a newborn, the quiet anticipation of pregnancy, or the simple joy of a growing family, I believe the most meaningful photos are the ones that feel real—not posed or perfect, but beautifully honest.
Photography has always been my creative outlet, a way to slow down and preserve the in-between moments that often go unnoticed. As I journeyed through my own pregnancy for the first time, I’ve found myself even more drawn to the beauty of this season—the stretch marks, the emotions, the excitement, the unknown. And to now - capturing all of my baby's milestones from first smiles to first steps. It’s all worth remembering.
Fun Facts About Me
- I have recently gotten my Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Accounting and running Hope & Co as my creative passion project
- I’m very excited to be a new Mom to my little boy!
- I run on coffee, sweet treats, and way too many excel spreadsheets
- In my spare time, you’ll usually find me baking, finding new ways for my husband to patch holes in the wall, or reading a novel
- I live in Calgary with my husband, son, and little dog Juneau (who is not present for any of the photoshoots) 🐾

I create calm, connection-filled photo sessions designed to feel natural, comfortable, and true to your family. Whether I’m photographing your newborn in the comfort of your home or meeting you outdoors around Calgary for a family, maternity, or portrait session, my approach is always relaxed and heartfelt—often chasing that beautiful golden hour glow.
Those early newborn days can feel like a blur, which is why I focus on creating a peaceful experience with soft textures, neutral tones, and gentle guidance so you can simply settle in and enjoy the moment.
